Privacy Policy
Last updated · May 8, 2026
This policy explains how tesatad, Inc. — the company behind anna — handles information you share with us through this website, meetanna.care. We keep it as plain as we can.
01Who we are
meetanna.care is operated by tesatad, Inc., a Delaware corporation. We can be reached at hello@meetanna.care for any privacy question or request.
This policy covers the meetanna.care website. The privacy practices for the anna care service deployed in homes and care providers are documented separately and shared with each customer at deployment. If you would like a copy, write to us.
02What we collect on this website
We try to collect as little as possible:
- Information you send us. When you email hello@meetanna.care or click a "Request a pilot" link, we receive your email address, your message, and anything else you choose to share.
- Standard server logs. Our hosting provider records technical information about each request — IP address, browser type, the page requested, the time, and the referring page. This is the default behaviour of any web server and is used to keep the site running and protect it from abuse.
- Analytics (with your consent). If you are in the EEA, UK, or Switzerland, we show a cookie banner on your first visit and only use Google Analytics through Google Tag Manager if you accept. Elsewhere, or if we cannot detect your country, analytics may run without that prompt unless you opt out via Cookie settings in the site footer. Google may set cookies and process usage data under their terms. We remember your choice in your browser's local storage.
- Functional preferences. The site may store small preferences (for example, which language you selected or your cookie choice) in your browser's local storage. These never leave your device except where a third-party service is involved as described below.
03How we use information
- To answer the message you send us.
- To follow up about a pilot, partnership, or hiring conversation you initiated.
- To keep the site running and secure (server logs).
- To comply with our legal obligations.
We do not sell your information. We do not share it with advertisers or data brokers. Ever.
04Service providers we rely on
To operate this website we use a small set of third-party processors. They process data on our behalf, under contract:
- Amazon Web Services — website hosting (AWS Amplify and the underlying AWS infrastructure).
- Google Fonts — type loading. When fonts load, your browser makes a request directly to Google.
- Google Tag Manager / Google Analytics — website analytics when you have granted consent (or when our geo detection places you outside the EEA, UK, and Switzerland). Traffic measurement uses Google Consent Mode so tags respect your cookie choice in regulated regions.
- Email — our inbox provider — to receive and respond to messages you send to hello@meetanna.care.
05International data transfers
tesatad, Inc. is incorporated in the United States. If you contact us from the European Union or the United Kingdom, the information you send will be transferred to and processed in the United States. We rely on appropriate safeguards (Standard Contractual Clauses or equivalent) for any such transfer.
06Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have rights over the information we hold about you, including:
- Access — to ask what we hold and receive a copy.
- Correction — to ask us to fix anything that is wrong.
- Deletion — to ask us to delete the data we hold.
- Objection or restriction — to ask us to stop or limit certain uses.
- Portability — to receive your data in a portable format.
- Complaint — to lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority.
To exercise any of these rights, write to hello@meetanna.care. We will respond within 30 days.
07How long we keep your information
Emails are kept as long as needed to handle your conversation and any follow-up — typically up to 24 months from your last contact, after which we delete them or anonymise them. Server logs are kept for up to 90 days for security and operational purposes.
08Children
This website is intended for adults — care providers, public health authorities, partners, journalists, families, investors. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 16. If you believe a child has sent us information, please write to us and we will delete it.
09Changes to this policy
We will post any updates to this page and refresh the "Last updated" date at the top. If a change is material — for example, if we begin using a new processor or change how we use information — we will note it clearly and, where appropriate, contact people who have written to us.
